Publications

The publication of research is an important part of CERGU. Most of what CERGU's researchers publish is in the form of books and articles in scientific journals. Visit CERGU researchers' individual webpages or search for CERGU in Gothenburg University Publications' data base (GUP).

CERGU also contributes to the wider dissemination of research results in several different ways, firstly, by publishing ongoing research in our Working Paper Series. Here you can find information about current projects, findings and results, and literature reviews. The annual winner of The Rutger Lindahl Award for Best Thesis in European Studies is also usually published in this series. Secondly, since 1993, CERGU has published an annual book in the series Research on European Affairs. The annual book is supposed to highlight current issues within European research in an easily accessible way. It normally contains chapters that reflect presentations that researchers have made in conjunction with the annual European Research Day. CERGU also publishes a number of books on current events, usually in relation to international conferences or workshops.

We strive to have all of our publications available for free download, but if you would like to order our publications in print, please do so here.

CERGU can offer publishing support for researchers, such as help with proofreading, funding for printing books, open access publishing and applying for grants to cover publication costs.
